This Privacy Policy explains how AI Accelerator LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit dashwick.com or use the AI Accelerator platform (the “Service”).

We are the “data controller” of the personal information described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

Marketing emails. By enrolling you agree to receive occasional emails about the courses. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing support@dashwick.com. We will not sell your email address.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service:

We use Google Analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand usage. We also use your browser’s local storage (not a cookie) to save your course progress on your device.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing); data portability; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share your personal information); to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Other US states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and others) have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling.

How to exercise your rights

Email support@dashwick.com with your request and the email address you enrolled with. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days). We may need to verify your identity before acting.

7. International data transfers

We are based in the State of Wyoming, USA, and our service providers (including Google) may process data in the United States and other countries. These countries may have different data-protection laws than yours. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including serving the site over HTTPS and limiting access to enrollment data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@dashwick.com and we will delete it.

10. Third-party sites and AI tools

The Service links to and teaches the use of third-party tools (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Anything you type into those tools is governed by their policies, not ours. Do not enter confidential, personal, or sensitive information into third-party AI tools unless you have confirmed it is permitted by your employer and by that provider’s terms.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
